I enjoyed learning how to create a Training Tutorial. I spent time learning how to use the Windows Movie Maker. We can incorporate this into our work by creating tutorials to demonstrate how to use databases and improve search methodologies. I learned how to create my "movie", manage the timeline, and narrate the tutorial.

I think training tutorials on video make learning so much easier. I'm a visual learner and seeing the information in use is the easiest way for me to comprehend. I hope this is a training trend that will take off.
